The Lebanese Arbitration and Mediation Center (LAMC) is pleased to announce that it has signed an MOU on a new cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Arbitration Center at the UAE-Lebanon Investment Conference under the auspicesm of Prime Minister Saad El Hariri on 7 October 2019. Ms. Linda Fitz-Alan, Registrar and CEO of ADGM Courts said on this occasion: "The ADGM Arbitration Center is a strong advocate in strengthening an building mutually beneficial collaborations with arbitration and mediation centers and institutions across the region. Our innovative arbitration guidelines and cooperative approach as positioned ADGM as a leading seat of arbitration and an outstanding arbitration center regionally and globally. We look forward to working closely with the LAMC to further promote the practice of arbitration and mediation services in our respective markets and across the region.
